This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) amendment to an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for supplies and services. The amendment is numbered 0004 and became effective on March 12, 2026, with a contracting office located at W9QM MICC-FT Irwin, Fort Irwin, California. The contract number is W9124B26RA003, and the solicitation number is W9124B26RA003, dated February 12, 2026.

The amendment incorporates significant updates to contract clauses and solicitation provisions in accordance with recent changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Compliance must be verified by the end of each contract term or option period. The amendment modifies several ordering and contract administration clauses, including 52.216-18 (Ordering), 52.216-19 (Order Limitations), 52.216-22 (Indefinite Quantity), and 52.217-9 (Option to Extend), with order placement authorized from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2031, and a maximum contract duration of 5.5 years. Multiple FAR clauses were deleted, including provisions related to entity code maintenance, safeguarding contractor information systems, telecommunications prohibitions, segregated facilities, equal opportunity, and foreign purchase restrictions. The amendment also adds provisions requiring representations regarding covered telecommunications equipment (52.204-24), federal acquisition supply chain security (52.204-29), and annual representations and certifications (52.204-8). The contracting officer is Pedro J. Costas, and the amendment was signed on March 13, 2026.
