About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a water testing solicitation for Success Lake, issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Sacramento. The solicitation (W9123825QA006) seeks a contractor to perform water testing services, with key pricing and submission details including a requirement to provide a lump sum price for one year of testing services covering all requested analyses. The Q&A addresses specific vendor inquiries about pricing submission, including guidance to submit proposals in PDF, Word, or Excel format with a completed SF 1449 and pricing table, and references a CLIN (Contract Line Item Number) schedule uploaded to SAM.gov that outlines testing requirements and maximum quantities.
The document provides additional clarifications on several technical and procedural aspects, such as reporting coliform retest results as absent/present, accounting for potentially 48 retests per year (4 per month), and directing vendors to research incumbent contract information through SAM.gov. The solicitation covers base year testing services and includes an option for additional testing services in subsequent years, with vendors expected to use the provided CLIN schedule to develop their total pricing for the base and option years.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS – Success Lake Water Testing
1. Referencing Page 3 of 62, it appears that this page is the only page of the entire document where prices can be entered. Do you want us to enter a 1-year (1 Job) lump sum to cover all the requested analyses in that annual period? For example:
