About this file
This is a federal contract opportunity solicitation for design-bid-build construction services. The scope of work involves providing approximately 5,500 feet of stream bank protection and stabilization of an existing levee to protect critical infrastructure against erosion during large flood events. Multiple concurrent efforts will be required to complete defined work items within associated periods of performance. The estimated value is between $25 million and $100 million. The solicitation will use NAICS code 237990 and PSC code Y1LC. A subcontracting plan will be required from the apparent low offeror if a large business. The solicitation will use a pre-qualified sources list and be unrestricted.

Clay from cuttings.
No recovery. There was not a sample on the sampler, it seems that a cobble >4" was on the tip of sampler (tip sampler minor damage). John went to the stage area in Watt to get smaller Tricone (6") bit to try to break the cobble or push it aside.
Cobble found on top sample.
Sample T-5 is disturbed.
