PRICE BREAKOUT SCHEDULE_REV01

NATIONAL INLAND FLOATING PLANT AND LAND DRILLING SERVICES

REVISED PRICE BREAKOUT SCHEDULE

NOTE: The quantities listed in the price breakout schedule are approximate and are provided as information only to assist in the preparation of proposals. The quantities are not guaranteed and the actual quantities provided under this contract shall not be justification for modification to the contract for additional payment above the amount negotiated on individual Task Orders.

In reference to FAR Clause 52.217-5, Evaluation of Options, the Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all option periods to the total price for the base period. A target of 2 contracts may be awarded with a shared capacity amount not-to-exceed $20M. It should be noted given the significant contingencies in the estimated quantities, if awarded a contract for this requirement, the offeror's proposed overall total price (base period and all option periods) will not be reflective of the contract value for this procurement.

In accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, the rates to be used during the continued performance of any services will be the rates in effect at the time of the extension and will be evaluated at the time of contract award.
