The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District will award an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum value of $25 million over a one-year base period and four one-year options to assist the Department of Defense Education Activity's facility asset management program. Services will include asbestos inspections, facility condition assessments, real property inventory updates, and database management across DoDEA's portfolio of over 240 schools and facilities totaling more than 19 million square feet located in 14 countries. The receipt date for proposals is April 19, 2019, with the solicitation to be issued on March 18, 2019 and available on FBO.gov.
