Utah National Guard MATOC
1. QUESTION: Does the “Contractor” need to be a general contractor or can the “Contractor” be any 8(a) that is part of the project team?
ANSWER: The prime contractor must be a Utah District Certified 8a participant. Joint Ventures/Teaming Partners are allowable. A copy of the executed agreement must be included with the proposal (Solicitation Section 00100 Para 2.2.1.6)
2. QUESTION: Is there a minimum percent of the work that the “Contractor” must perform on a given task order?
ANSWER: The prime shall perform 15% of the cost of the Task Order and 25% of the cost of the Task Order on special trade projects (Solicitation Section 800 Para SC20 Page 86)
3. QUESTION: Is there a form in the solicitation docs for past performance to send to the C/O's?
ANSWER: The Contractor will complete Exhibit A and include in the MATOC package. The Contractor should either include a CCAS report or send Exhibit C to references listed on Exhibit A. Those references will forward their responses directly to the Contracting Officer.
4. QUESTION: I have been out of town and just noticed I missed the pre-proposal meeting. Is it too late to attend this meeting?
ANSWER: Yes, there is only one pre-proposal meeting for this MATOC. However, the slides, meeting minutes and questions & answers are posted with the Solicitation on FBO.
