About this file

This is a solicitation for non-personal behavioral health and case management services. The Florida Army National Guard requires behavioral health professionals, medical and dental non-clinical case management, and administrative care coordinator support services for an average of 700 Soldiers per month with duty limiting conditions requiring a profile. The case management team is expected to track medical, dental, and behavioral issues for Soldiers and synchronize information between specialties when clinically acceptable to streamline communication with units and Soldiers to maintain readiness. The contractor must ensure less than 400 service members have an annual medical or dental screening overdue. The solicitation includes a performance work statement, wage determination, evaluation factors, and exhibits on past performance and subcontracting. It is a small business 8(a) competitive set-aside with responses due within 30 calendar days and incorporates FAR provisions on representations, certification regarding telecommunications equipment, and place of manufacture.
