About this file
This document contains a request for quote for non-personal behavioral health and case management services for the Florida Army National Guard. The solicitation seeks proposals for behavioral health professional services including case management, medical, and dental non-clinical case management and administrative care coordinator support services for an average of 700 duty limiting conditions per month requiring a profile, as well as 500 in-depth cases expected to take more than 30 days to resolve requiring additional paperwork and board actions. The contractor will be expected to track duty limiting behavioral, medical, and dental issues by soldier, and synchronize information for soldiers with multiple issues when clinically acceptable to streamline communication with units and soldiers regarding readiness requirements. The contractor must also ensure annual medical and dental screening requirements are maintained for less than 400 service members in a non-ready status due to lack of screenings. The associated NAICS code is 621999 with an $16.5 million size standard, and the solicitation is a small business 8(a) competitive set-aside. The proposal response must be submitted electronically by the specified due date and remain valid for 30 calendar days thereafter.
