About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract W911SG26QA035 addressing an equipment procurement.
The requirement involves replacing existing Xerox copier/multifunction devices across three volume bands: 24 devices in Volume Band I (10,000 copies/month), 57 devices in Volume Band II (5-10,000 copies/month), and 54 devices in Volume Band III (5-10,000 black and white copies/month). The Government will award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract based on an all-inclusive/unlimited print model rather than a cost-per-click pricing structure. Contractors must base their quotes on the estimated monthly volumes specified in the Q&A and cannot include contractor-imposed pricing assumptions or contingencies, as such quotes may be deemed non-responsive. Service will be required as needed on the devices. The Government does not anticipate usage exceeding the estimated volume bands and therefore does not foresee penalties or adjustments for volume overages. The contracting agency is W911SG (Army), and the requirement emphasizes adherence to stated volume estimates for pricing purposes without flexibility for contractor assumptions.
