About this file

This document is an amendment to a federal solicitation seeking proposals for 12 hot head laundry steam presses and one three-piece shirt system for the West Point Laundry Facility. The amendment adds a line item for one three-piece shirt system and modifies the performance work statement and product specifications to require the shirt system in addition to the steam presses. Interested vendors must attend a mandatory site visit on August 3rd and submit product data sheets and pricing by August 21st to be considered for award. The award is a best value determination and will be made to the responsible vendor whose conforming proposal with acceptable product specifications represents the lowest price. The Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Eustis is the contracting agency. Installation is required at the West Point Laundry Facility.
