About this file

This file is a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) spreadsheet detailing performance standards and incentives for custodial services at facilities in Tonganoxie, KS and Kansas City, MO. The PRS outlines four key performance objectives: Identification of Contractor Employees, Service Restrooms, Restroom Cleaning, and Security Check-in/Check-out procedures.

Each objective requires 100% compliance and carries both incentives (positive CPARS narratives and full payment) and disincentives (corrective action requests, negative CPARS narratives, and potential payment reductions). Key requirements include providing photo ID badges for all contractor employees, maintaining restroom supplies and cleanliness, performing specified cleaning tasks in sanitary latrine and shower areas, and following proper facility check-in/check-out protocols with the Designated Representative. The contract period runs from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026, with four option years and a six-month extension option, and is being administered by the MICC Fort McCoy for EDWOSB vendors.
