About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation W911SA25QA009 regarding custodial services at two Kansas locations. The document addresses 12 contractor questions about square footage details, strip/wax requirements, site visits, supplies, incumbent information, facility managers, and contract period details.

Key clarifications include that the two locations (Parsons and Pittsburg, KS) are being combined into one contract, whereas they were previously separate contracts. The contractor is responsible for providing paper towels, toilet paper, and soap supplies. Each facility does not require its own on-site manager, but a contractor Point of Contact must be available to respond within 2 hours and attend on-site meetings with the COR when needed. The government declined to provide current staffing levels and will not extend the offer due date. Square footage details and task frequencies are referenced in Attachment 09 Custodial Room Chart.
