About this file

This is a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) spreadsheet detailing performance standards and incentives/disincentives for a custodial services contract at NE024 Elkhorn, NE. The document outlines four key performance areas: contractor employee identification, restroom services, restroom cleaning, and security check-in/check-out procedures.

The PRS establishes 100% performance thresholds for all requirements, with incentives including positive CPARS narratives and full payment for services. Non-compliance results in Corrective Action Requests, potential negative CPARS narratives, and possible payment reductions. Specific requirements include providing photo ID badges for all contractor employees, maintaining restroom supplies and cleanliness, performing sanitary latrine and shower area cleaning tasks, and following proper facility check-in/check-out protocols with the Designated Representative. The associated solicitation W911SA25QA005 will be issued December 23, 2024, with a performance period from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026, including one 11-month extension option.
