Repair any per-existing defective pavement problems to include all dips, cracks, low spots, poor drainage, surface damage, holes, and/or soft spots. Any and all per-existing defective pavement problems shall be properly repaired, and resolved before resurfacing pavement. The contractor shall applied on the existing surface Type II slurry. Type II should use eighteen (18) pounds of aggregate per square yard and 16% emulsion. Finished paving should surface drain correctly and shall have no depressions that retain runoff water or water pooling

The contractor shall repair all low spots to correct drainage and compact base, compaction shall be at 95%. Once compaction is at 95% the contractor shall 2 inch of asphalt.
