QUESTION 1: Page 53 of 60 of the RFP states, "Sheets in accordance with Attachment 2..." ‐ Attachment 2 is a Subcontractor/Teaming Partner Consent Form. Can you please provide the correct Attachment 2 for the Specific Relevant Contracts Format?
ANSWER 1: Amendment 0001 to the RFP corrected this issue.
QUESTION 2: Page 53 of 60 of the RFP, paragraph 9.2 states, "Using Attachment 3, Seed Project Bid Schedule..." ‐ I did not see Attachment 3. Can you please provide?

QUESTION 3: Paragraph 2.1.1 states that text lines shall have 1.5 line spacing. Is it reasonable to assume that any headers/footers are excluded from the 1.5 line spacing requirement?
ANSWER 2: Headers/footers are excluded from the 1.5 line spacing requirement.
QUESTION 4: Paragraph 2.1.1 states that text lines shall have 1.5 line spacing. Is it reasonable to assume that the SF 1442 and any SF 30's are excluded from the 1.5 line spacing requirement?

QUESTION 6: Paragraph 2.1.8.1 states we are required to submit proposals in Microsoft Office.
Sometimes Microsoft Office is not reliable and moves tables and graphics around within the document. Additionally, we typically use other programs for creating binder covers and spines.
Would it be acceptable to submit our electronic copy of the proposal (CD‐ROM) as a .pdf file as long as it is fully searchable and bookmarked?
ANSWER 6: In accordance with the solicitation Section L, Paragraph 2.1.8.1,” To enable the Government to successfully view the proposals electronically, the Offerors shall submit their proposals in Microsoft Office, i.e., Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel format.”
QUESTION 7: Page 48 of the RFP, paragraph 6.1 states that we need to include Section B with our proposal. However, Section B is not included in the volume organization (paragraphs 6.1.1 through 6.1.7). Would it be acceptable to include Section B after "6.1.2, SF 30 Amendment of Solicitation" and before "6.1.3 Authorized Representatives"?
ANSWER 7: Amendment 0001 to the RFP corrected this issue.
QUESTION 8: Can you please confirm that the 1.5 line spacing does NOT apply to Attachment 3 ‐ Relevant Contract Reference Sheet?
ANSWER: The 1.5 line spacing does not apply to Attachment 3 – Relevant Contract Reference Sheet.
QUESTION 9: You confirmed that there will be a seed task order for this proposal, please confirm the offer guarantee for the proposal is only for the seed task order.
ANSWER: The proposal bond, which you confirmed you meant when you indicated “offer guarantee”, is not for the seed task order only. Refer to Section L, Paragraph 6.1.5.1 for proposal bond requirements.
