text: a. This is a service contract to provide Enterprise Visual Information support to CONUS Installations and contract personnel performing on this contract/task order must be a U.S. Citizen.

b. The investigative basis for personnel security eligibility should be IAW existing DoD policy. Eligibility based on investigations that are out of date, i.e., Top Secret (5 years), Secret (10 years), and Confidential (15 years) must be processed for a Periodic Reinvestigation within 10 days of being assigned to the contract. Contractors will not be allowed access to classified information, material and/or systems until eligibility has been granted by Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudication Services (CAS).

c. Contractors will ensure an owning relationship is established in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) for each individual who requires access in the performance of their duties in support of this performance work statement. For those individuals a Visit Request will be sent via DISS to the Security Management Office (SMO) Code. A Visit Authorization Letter (VAL) will be sent for all others.

d. The contractor will comply with applicable Army Regulations, Air Force Instruction, local command policies and procedures governing the protections of classified and sensitive material (For Official Use Only/Controlled Unclassified Information) after indoctrination.

e. All contract personnel shall be properly briefed by the Organization's Security Manager at the start of this contract and debriefed at the end of the period of performance.

f. Contractor personnel shall ensure classified and sensitive Government information is properly handled, stored, transmitted, disseminated and destroyed in accordance with AR 380-5 and local policy. Local guidance pertaining to the protection of classified and sensitive material will be provided to the Contractor by the customer upon arrival at each performance location. Materials provided to the Contractor shall be protected in accordance with this paragraph.
