About this file
This sources sought notice requests capability statements from organizations interested in providing operational environment and core functions support services to the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command G-2. Services include mission support, analysis and control element support, operational environment center support, and culture and critical thinking support. Responses are due by March 15, 2019 and should include details of relevant past performance, technical capabilities, and project management approach. A small business set-aside will be considered if two or more qualified small businesses respond. The estimated period of performance is a 30-day phase-in period starting July 10, 2020 followed by an 11-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The contract type will be a combination of fixed-price and cost-reimbursable. A site visit will be held on March 7, 2019 at Fort Eustis to enable potential offerors to further understand the requirement.
