2. The PWS Paragraph 2.5.4.1 and 2.5.4.2 states that 2 yrs. Experience with LPS is required. I don’t have that; am I not eligible for this?

GOV RESPONSE: . Perform Certification Testing is described in Paragraph 3.2.3 (and subparagraphs) of the Performance Work Statement. Certification and experience requirements are as listed in the project work statement and are specifically addressed in question

#2 . Certification Testing will require specific testing equipment that may or may not be owned by every electrical contractor.

3. Ospect (Short for Omnispection) is a technology platform used to inspect and collect data that geolocates and time stamps facility assets providing an organized reporting system that is reusable for future testing and data collection. This particular sample report was performed to the

NAVSEA OP 5 lightning protection naval standard, but testing is easily reportable to the DA

PAM 385-64 standard or others. We would like to know if this technology could be utilized for this particular project?

3. ANSWER:

The proposed format looks acceptable for visual inspections.

4. What's the minimum and maximum amounts of projects required?

Answer: The PPQ submitted must be from agencies that have a contract of a similar nature and value. No minimum or maximum required.

5. Are PPQ's submitted directly to the Government or included in the solicitation package?

Answer: Submitted directly to the Government.

6. If we have current PPQ's from other agencies, may we submit those? It alleviates the same sources from filling out multiple requests of the same information.

Answer: The Agency filling out the PPQ must submit them to the Contracting Office

7. If we have CPARS, may we submit those instead of PPQ's?

Answer: No The Contracting Officer will pull these from CPARS.
