1 . 5 . 1 3 . 3 Upon acknowledgment o f the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and continuing until the work is complete, the Contractor shall r e c o r d o n the d a i l y C Q C report, t h e occurrence o f a d v e r s e weather and resultant impact to normally scheduled work. A t t h e beginning o f e a c h w o r k week, the v e n d o r s h a l l provide t h e Government w i t h a 1 4 d a y , a n d 7 d a y u p d a t e d f o r e c a s t f o r adverse weather. T h e number o f a c t u a l adverse weather d e l a y d a y s shall i n c l u d e d a y s impacted b y a c t u a l adverse weather (even if adverse weather occurred in previous month), b e calculated chronologically from the first to the last d a y o f each month, and b e recorded a s full days. * Task Order level anticipated weather delay days shall b e adjusted proportionally if work is scheduled to be performed in a work week with greater than o r l e s s than a five-day w o r k w e e k . T h e following formula shall b e used to adjust the monthly anticipated weather delays:
Adjusted monthly anticipated weather d e l a y s = A multiplied b y (B divided b y C ) ; where
A = T h e monthly anticipated adverse weather delay for a particular month based on a five-day work week.
B = The actual average number of days work is scheduled to be performed in a work week during that particular month.
C = T h e number five (5).

1 0 x (6/5) = 12 days.
* Monthly anticipated weather delay days shall also b e adjusted proportionally for those situations i n v o l v i n g a fractional p a r t o f a month. Some examples a r e the month N o t i c e t o P r o c e e d i s a c k n o w l e d g e d a n d t h e month o f t h e original contract completion date. The following formula shall b e used to adjust the monthly anticipated weather delays:
Adjusted monthly anticipated weather d e l a y s = D multiplied b y (E divided b y F ) ; where D = T h e monthly anticipated adverse weather delay for a particular month.
E = T h e number o f calendar days during that fractional part of a particular month.
F = The number o f calendar days in that particular month.
Example: T h e monthly anticipated adverse weather delay for the particular month is 9 days.
T h e original contract completion date is o n the twentieth (20th) d a y o f a thirty (30) d a y month. The monthly anticipated adverse weather delay would b e adjusted b y applying t h e a b o v e formula a s f o l l o w s :
