About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W911KF26QA058, issued by the ACC Anniston Army Depot on September 30, 2026. The amendment provides answers to six industry questions and clarifies specific solicitation requirements.
The amendment addresses critical solicitation details that were incomplete or unclear in the original release. Key clarifications include: Wage Determination Number 2015-4587, Revision 30 for prevailing wage requirements; confirmation that compliance measurement under FAR 52.219-14(f)(1) applies by the end of the base term and each subsequent option period; confirmation that Not-to-Exceed amounts for Emergency Repair CLINs (0002/1002/2002/3002/4002) are determined by the Government based on historical documentation and will be entered at time of award; and Wide Area WorkFlow routing codes specifying Pay Official DoDAAC HQ0303, Issue By/Admin/Inspect By/Service Approver/Service Acceptor as W911KF, with Ship To/Ship From/Mark For/Accept at Other/LPO/DCAA Auditor/Other DoDAACs marked as N/A. The amendment modifies clause 252.232-7006 (Wide Area WorkFlow Payment Instructions) and clause 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting under Deviation 2026-O0038), providing complete tailored language for both clauses including document type submission requirements, routing data, and subcontracting compliance thresholds. No additional questions will be accepted, and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
