About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity W91151-26-Q-A025, prepared on 01 April 2026.
The document addresses inquiries regarding decal and stripe application work on ten (10) command trucks. Key specifications include stripe dimensions of 18 feet by 18 feet. The government will not provide the decal logo; contractors must design new decals based on reference images provided showing "FORT CAVAZOS" branding and associated logos. Design references are illustrated in four photographs depicting current and desired decal placements on command vehicles. The document clarifies that site visits are not required at this time. Regarding experience qualifications, the government declined to lower experience requirements to allow equivalent demonstrated capability, citing prior issues with a less experienced vendor performing decal changes to Fort Cavazos branding.
