Industry Questions and Answers #2

Question 1: When submitting our bid, do you need pricing on all forklift line items or just the 36K

Answer 1: Yes please submit pricing for all line items covered under this D contract.

Question 2: I understand this is going to be a 30-day contract, but you're showing 1 Day in the UI pricing column. I also noticed you added a "Mobilization Cost". Is this going to a day job here and another job a few days or a week down the road? If so, it's going to be hard to ensure we have the equipment on our yard, but if it's a 30-day mission, then the equipment will remain at Ft Hood for the 30 days and mobilization is FOB.

Answer 2: The timeline for Task order 1 is 19 days, from Monday to Friday, beginning April 21 and ending May 15.

The timeline for Task Order 2 is 11 days, from Monday to Friday beginning April 21 and ending May 6.

Question 3: There is additional lift-vehicle and support equipment in this amendment that was not listed in the previous description, specifically a 100-Ton Crane and unspecified number of 10K & 30K Forklifts. I just wanted to confirm these additional requirements, and the exact number of 10K & 30K forklifts to add, respectively.

Answer 3: The addition of these items for this IDIQ takes into consideration the requirements for both Task orders. Please review each Task order for specific MHE required.

Question 4: I just wanted to confirm the dates of the operation to make sure we secure them for the time required.

Answer 4: The timeline for Task order 1 is 19 days, from Monday to Friday, beginning April 21 and ending May 15.

The timeline for Task Order 2 is 11 days, from Monday to Friday beginning April 21 and ending May 6.
