PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY
Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) Table. The PRS that follows provides the following information.
Required Service. Lists the contract requirements which are considered necessary for acceptable contract performance. The absence of any contract requirement from this table does not relieve the Contractor of compliance with all of the contract requirements.
Paragraph Number. Contains the standards that each contract requirement shall meet or exceed.
Standards. Brief description of the standards for the respective “Required Service”.
Acceptable Level of Performance (ALP). Sets forth the maximum allowable deviation from perfect performance for each listed service. Allowable Level of Performance that may occur before the Contractor will receive less than 100% of the maximum payment for the listed service.
Method of Surveillance. Sets forth the primary surveillance methods that the Government will use to evaluate the Contractor’s performance in meeting the contract requirements. Definition of the lot used as the basis for surveillance or for payment computation purposes is also included in this column.
Task Value Percent. Sets forth the percentage of the contract price (the proportion of the required service to the total contract price of the respective contract line items (CLINS)) that each required service represents. The Repair Parts and Alteration Work CLINS are not a part of this PRS.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY TABLE
Formula for calculating deduction from contract payment based on PRS table (for each required service:
(Quantity of Samples that are Defective)/(Total Quantity of Samples) x 100% = X %
(X% - ALP) x (Task Value Percent) x (Total Contract Cost) = Total Deduction for the Month
