About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment to Solicitation W90VN625QA013 for HVAC and duct cleaning services at Osan Air Base, South Korea. The amendment modifies several key aspects of the original solicitation, including changing contract line item descriptions from specific equipment sizes to CFM (cubic feet per minute) ranges, such as changing "Air Handling Unit (3-24 Ton)" to "Air Handling Unit (19,999 CFM or below)". The contract type is modified from firm-fixed-price to a firm-fixed-price and requirements contract.
The amendment extends the offer due date from 26 May 2025 to 2 June 2025 at 1400 hours. It also adds two new attachments: Attachment 8 (As-built Drawing for B499) and Attachment 9 (Answers to Questions). The solicitation remains for non-personal HVAC and duct cleaning services at Osan Air Base, with the government seeking a contractor to perform cleaning services on dryer ducts, HVAC duct systems, air handling units, dampers, and diffusers across various facility locations. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module.
