Contract Year Quantities

Attch 1 provides the number of anticipated CONUS and OCONUS Sites by FY for 5 years , Attch 3 provides12 specific locations in CY17, Attch 9 provides 3 Base and 2 Option year anticipated notional Suites to be installed. The offerer is instructed to price all labor and travel CLINs for all 5 contract years. In order to accurately price labor and travel can the government provide specific CONUS and OCONUS locations by contract year for 3 Base and 2 Option years, and the numbers and types of suites to be installed at those loactions?

Addendum 3 of the ID/IQ PWS contains the number and types of suites installed at each location.

Currently, we do not have a schedule for the locations of the deployments beyond Task Order 0001. The cost of the labor and travel CLINs are establishing NTE amounts for the overall Base IDIQ. The Government will provide the details of the locations, schedule, and quantities prior to awarding any future Task

Orders. However, the Government is providing the overall NTE value of the Travel Cost for the Basic IDIQ.

The Offeror shall only propose the

NTE Cost for Task Order 0001.

Otherwise, why is there a column G?

Travel Tab Travel Worksheet 75 rows are not adequate to incorporate all travel requirements for up to 40/42 sites (by person or by labor category). Is the contractor authorized to insert rows and drag formulas within the Government provided spreadsheets? Also, since there are no indirect rate inputs on the Travel Worksheet can the

Government accept a single Travel Worksheet for each offeror thereby eliminating the requirement to provide Travel Worksheets for each subcontractor?

Offeror may insert rows and drag formulas. Offeror is not permitted to change formulas. Yes, the Offeror may provide a single Travel

Worksheet.

No Changes.

W900KK-16-R-0042 p. 90 Section L Summary Estimating
