About this file

This document contains questions from a pre-solicitation industry day related to federal contract opportunity number W81K0424R0004 for accession medical services fee basis provider services from the Department of the Army Medical Command. The questions seek input on how the government can better communicate requirements or obtain better value in the revised performance work statement. They also ask industry to identify any areas they may be unable to meet such as routine order adjustments within 4 hours or short notice order additions within 4 hours. Other questions inquire about hard-to-fill locations, helpful historical or workload data, whether services can be provided on a fixed price basis, recommendations on single or multiple awards per region, flexibility in the provider marketplace, and how the industry typically assesses geographically dispersed contracted providers if concerns arise regarding competency or behavior changes.
