About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for a firm-fixed-price (FFP) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for the overhaul of the landing gear, fixed for the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter. The solicitation is a small business set-aside, with a 5-year ordering period and a maximum estimated quantity of 2,160 units (including 360 for foreign military sales). The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose conforming bid is the most advantageous to the government, considering only price. Bidders must submit firm fixed unit prices for each of the five ordering periods. Technical data will be available to contractors with a current DD 2345 Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. The contractor must comply with Total Asset Visibility-Contractor reporting requirements.
