ALSE Technician AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS Capable of staffing an ALSE shop depending upon local availability of ALSE support. Technicians must have sufficient ALSE experience to manage an ALSE program. Shop compliance will be IAW FM 1-385, and AR 95 1, Chapter 8. The Contractor’s personnel shall meet the training requirements stated in AR-95-1, Paragraph 8- 14. Armorer AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS Shall possess weapons repair certifiction from various manufacturer for the weapons required by Task Order. Maintains weapons logbooks, maintenance data forms, and weapons fault isolation, remove and replace faulty weapons hardware, verification of repais of the weapons systmes and Load/Unload Weapons as required and provides launch and recovery operations of installed weapons at the FARP. Performs only authoirzed maintenance as per OEM standards. Orders repair parts as required, maintains authorized stockage list (ASL) database. Accounts for all weapons in her/her custoday. Instructor Pilot AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS Must have past or current designation as a Pilot/Aircraft Commander in the applicable aircraft and have 1500 hours (to include 200 hours as Instructor) of experience in performing duties for Operational, Ferry, and Support flights. Must possess a military medical or FAA Class II clearance and be able to meet applicable physical and physiological minimum requirements for the applicable aircraft. Provides flight instruction as aircraft instructor pilot. Conducts aircrew training flights. Provides flight training on procedures, aircraft systems, operational procedures, emergency procedures, malfunction analysis, navigation, aerodynamics, radio operatuions. Maintenance Test Pilot AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS Performs flight readiness inspections, completes maintenance forms and aircraft log books. Flight tests the applicable aircraft to determine that the airframe, power plant, accessories and items of equipage are functioning IAW predetermined requirements. Performs maintenance operational checks of aircraft on the ground through engine run-up, aircraft taxiing or use of auxiliary power or testing equipment, to assure that aircraft systems or components disturbed during an inspection or maintenance action have been repaired, reassembled or adjusted satisfactorily. Performs general maintenance operational test flights to prove the airworthiness of the complete aircraft. Completes test flight check sheets IAW the applicable maintenance manual. Performs limited test flights when it is necessary to prove proper functioning of specific items/components. After each test flight, performs a thorough visual inspection to the extent necessary to ensure that deficiencies developed as a result of the test flight are detected and corrected before the aircraft is released for further flight. Must have past or current designation as a Pilot/Aircraft Commander in the applicable aircraft and have 1500 hours (to include 200 hours as Maintenance Pilot) of experience in performing duties for Operational, Ferry, and Support flights. Must possess a military medical or FAA Class II clearance and be able to meet applicable physical and physiological minimum requirements for the applicable aircraft. BS preferred. Pilot AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS Must have past or current FAA or FAA equivalent designation as a Pilot/Aircraft Commander in the applicable aircraft and have 1000 hours of experience in performing duties for operational, ferry, and support flights. Must possess a military medical or FAA Class II clearance and be able to meet applicable physical and physiological minimum requirements for the applicable aircraft. A rated aviator who performs pilot duties as pilot in command or copilot for airplanes and/or helicopters. Engineering Manager ENGINEERING Plans and coordinates scheduling activities involving systems, projects or tasks. Analyzes interdependencies between related projects. Develops work breakdown structures. Performs business and administrative activities, such as budgeting, manpower and resource planning, and financial reporting. SME ENGINEERING A Subject Matter Expert is a highly skilled individual who has an acknowledged specialized acquisition, logistics, and/or technological expertise in the specific functional tasks required for performance in an individual task order. Such individual should possess unique capability or experience not available under basic labor categories set forth in Section B of the contract. Such individual possess an advanced degree (Master) in either a technical, business, or management area, from an accredited college or university; or a BS degree in an engineering or technical field from an accredited college or university; or *15 or more years of defense/industrial or acquisition experience in the field of expertise. Aerospace Structural Welder MAINTENANCE Performs fusion welding on aircraft and ground support equipment to a qualified Welding Procedures Specification (WPS), performs structural fusion welding on aerospace parts and components per the requirements of specifications as prescribed by Engineering Drawings and Work Orders. The incumbent is required to read and understand engineering drawings and welding symbols, fabricates manufacture-welded parts from engineering drawing without direct supervision, performs fusion welding and torch brazing for ground support equipment, ensuring the procedure is completed per the requirements of the national welding and brazing codes and specifications. This welder welds a wide variety of materials such as aluminum, magnesium, alloyed and low alloy steel, stainless steel and nickel alloy steels. The incumbent is required to have knowledge of the materials to select the correct filler materials and shielding gas when generating the Weld Procedure Specification (WPS), and produce flight critical welds and assist in the development process of generating Weld Procedure Specifications as mandated by welding codes and specifications. The Aerospace Structural Welder determines the sequence of welding in order to prevent or reduce the amount of warp to the weld, designs and fabricates weld holding fixtures as necessary to perform individual welding projects, performs pre-heat and post weld stress relief operations, maintains weld records. The incumbent may perform duties as a Qualified Weld Inspector by inspecting own welds and those of less qualified welders, and may perform duties such as training and re-certification in the various welding processes. Removes or relocates electrical and electronic components and wiring to facilitate the installation of new electric/electronic equipment. Research, provide bill of material, fabricate/modify and install wire harness assemblies to support aging aircraft inspection and refurbishment program. The incumbent performs and/or assists with some duties associated with other trades. The level of skill, knowledge, and responsibility associated with other trades varies but is not intended to surpass the grade assigned to the positions. Must have ability to read, understand, and apply trade or administrative guides such as technical manuals, technical orders, standard repairs, blueprints, wiring, diagrams, sketches, and other related documentation. Verifiable certificates/education should be noted on resume. High school diploma or GED and appropriate EASA/ICAO or FAA license/certification. Two (2) years of experience in aircraft electronics installation, troubleshooting and repair.

Individual must have basic knowledge of electrical theory and a thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers. This job requires a working knowledge of technical publications. Individual must be able to prioritize workloads and is required to lead teams through more complex aircraft relevant tasks. Will also be proficient in the use of the current maintenance management system utilized to maintain Army aircraft forms and records. Plans, conducts, and supervises aircraft technical inspections. Computes basic weight and balance records. Participates in maintenance test flights and operation checks as required. Ensures compliance with aircraft configuration control, Army oil analysis Program and test measuring diagnostic equipment calibration. Provides lower level technicians guidance in aircraft repair and technical inspection techniques and procedures according to directives, technical manuals, work standards and operational policies. Prepares evaluations, special reports, and records pertaining to aircraft maintenance repair and related activities. Ground Support Equipment Mechanic MAINTENANCE Diagnoses malfunctions and repairs Ground Support Equipment (GSE), advises and trains lower grade workers on diagnosis and repair of less complex repair/maintenance problems, inspects and approves completed maintenance actions, solves repair problems by studying drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics, and technical publications; uses automated maintenance data systems to monitor maintenance trends, analyze equipment requirements, maintain equipment records, and document maintenance actions, and analyzes, diagnosis, and repairs GSE using conventional and digital multi-meters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, frequency counters, oscilloscopes, circuit card testers, transistor testers, and hand tools. This mechanic maintains external fuel and grounding systems, performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on GSE, inspects, tests, and operates GSE to determine equipment serviceability and proper operation, services equipment with fuel, oil, water, coolant, hydraulic fluid, refrigerant, and compressed air, diagnoses mechanical and electronic circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test equipment, and technical publications. This work also does the following: disassembles and assembles malfunctioning GSE accessories and components, removes, disassembles repairs, cleans, treats for corrosion, assembles, and reinstalls GSE components and accessories, stencils and marks GSE in accordance with technical publications, stores, handles, labels, uses, and disposes of hazardous materials and waste in accordance with all state, local, and federal environmental standards and regulations. This mechanic prepares GSE for storage and mobility deployment; and operates, cleans, inspects, and services GSE towing vehicles. In addition to maintaining vehicle records, this mechanic maintains and updates paper and electronic equipment records, provides dispatch service for GSE, including positioning equipment to support aircraft maintenance and flying operations, practices good housekeeping, tool control, Foreign Object Damage prevention, and safety at all times. Machinist MAINTENANCE Produces replacement parts and new parts in making repairs of metal parts of mechanical equipment. Work involves most of the following: interpreting written instructions and specifications, planning and laying out of work, using a variety of machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments, setting up and operating standard machine tools. This incumbent is responsible for the shaping of metal parts to close tolerances, making standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds, and speeds of machining; knowledge of the working properties of the common metals, selecting standard materials, parts, and equipment required for this work; and fitting and assembling parts into mechanical equipment. In general, the machinist's work normally requires a rounded training in machine-shop practice, usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience. NDI Technician MAINTENANCE Inspects aerospace weapon systems components and support equipment for structural integrity using nondestructive inspection methods and performs fluid analysis. Have the skills and knowledge to process parts and perform equipment standardization and to carry out any necessary preparation of parts before or after inspection. Be able to follow written instructions in the techniques/methods for which certified. Receive guidance or supervision from a Level II or III in that method when necessary. Completed initial Non Destructive Inspection Training Course and maintains basic qualification. HS - Required. NDI Technician Level II MAINTENANCE Inspects aerospace weapon systems components and support equipment for structural integrity using nondestructive inspection methods and performs fluid analysis. NDI Level II shall have the skills and knowledge to set up and standardize equipment, conduct tests, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document. Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the technique/method in which they are certified. Be capable of providing the necessary guidance and/or supervision to trainers and Level I personnel in the technique/method in which they are certified. Be familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the method as utilized by the employer. When specified in the written practice, be capable of developing written instructions from approved general procedures. Such instructions shall require final approval by a Level III. Determines test method, and prepares fluids and parts for nondestructive inspection. Interprets nondestructive inspection test results, and provides information about defects to repair center. Analyzes wear metal content on engine lubricating oil and other fluids, and recommends corrective action. Establishes radiation areas for radiographic operations. Computes and monitors personal exposure areas for radiographic operations, and monitors personnel exposure data. Performs nondestructive inspection on structures, components, and systems. Detects flaws such as cracks, delaminations, voids, processing defects, and heat damage using penetrant, eddy current, magnetic particle, radiographic, optical, and ultrasonic test equipment. Determines metallurgical information of components according to alloy, temper, conductivity, and associated factors. Operates, maintains, and inspects nondestructive equipment. Performs operator maintenance and service inspections on shop equipment and tools. Ensures lock out and tag out procedures are accomplished prior to maintenance on equipment. Performs silver recovery functions. Handles and disposes of hazardous waste and materials. Completed initial Non Destructive Inspection training Course and maintains basic qualification. HS - Required Desired:Technical or Military School Training FAA Part 121 Dispatch certificate or EASA/ICAO equivalent. 4 Years related experience in NDI.
