About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for roofing maintenance, repair, reconstruction, demolition, replacement, and installation services at Aberdeen and Edgewood Areas of Aberdeen, Maryland. The amendment adds an additional site visit on February 28, 2019 and attaches sign-in sheets from a previous site visit. It also establishes a question submission period ending on March 7, 2019. The total value of the requirement over five years is estimated between $50-70 million, requiring a bonding capability of approximately $10 million per year. The requirement will be solicited as a competitive 8(a) small business set-aside. The government intends to award a single indefinite delivery contract with firm fixed price task orders issued over the ordering period. The North American Industry Classification code is 238160 for roofing contractors and the size standard is $15 million.
