About this file
This document package includes a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) template and information related to a federal solicitation.
The CDRL template outlines requirements for a Program Protection Implementation Plan (PPIP) to be delivered under the contract. It specifies the PPIP is due within 30 days of receiving countermeasures and must be submitted electronically to listed organizations. Revisions are due within 10 days of government comments.
The federal solicitation seeks proposals for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to provide a Distributed Common Ground System - Army Capability Drop 2 Data Fabric and Analytics solution. With a minimum guarantee of $3,500 and ceiling of $823,263,105.82, the four-year base IDIQ contract issued by the U.S. Army will include firm-fixed price orders to upgrade components in the DCGS-A "Brain". Capabilities must dynamically ingest and refine data from multiple sources through common interfaces to enable centralized data management and access at all echelons. Questions regarding the solicitation are due by August 2, 2019 to the listed email addresses.
