About this file
This document contains two Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and details of a federal solicitation.
The CDRLs require the delivery of an Operations Security Plan and monthly Risk Management Framework package deliverables. The Operations Security Plan must align with the Program Manager's existing plan and outline processes for identifying, locating, protecting, and rationalizing access to critical information. The Risk Management Framework packages are part of achieving interim authority or authority to operate and must include continuous monitoring, assessment, and plan of action and milestone updates delivered monthly.
The federal solicitation seeks proposals for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity multiple award contract for the Distributed Common Ground System - Army Capability Drop 2 Data Fabric and Analytics solution. With a total ceiling of $823,263,105.82 and minimum guarantee of $3,500, the contract has a four-year base period and three-year option period. Orders will be fixed-price with delivery requirements set at the order level. The standard solicitation package can be found as an attachment. Questions are due by August 2, 2019 and must be submitted to the identified Army contracting personnel.
