About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and details of a related federal contract opportunity. The CDRL outlines requirements for Engineering Change Proposals on the DCGS-A Capability Drop 2 contract with the Army. Deliverables are to be submitted electronically using DD Form 1692 with a project schedule. Submissions and frequency will depend on required changes during performance. Notifications of emergency or urgent changes are required within 24 hours.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Army Contracting Command for the DCGS-A Capability Drop 2 Data Fabric and Analytics solution. This is a multiple award IDIQ contract with an ordering ceiling of $823,263,105.82 and minimum guarantee of $3,500. The base period is four years with a three-year option. Orders will be firm-fixed price. The solution will upgrade components in the DCGS-A architecture to enable centralized data ingestion, processing, management and access with common interfaces. The Army seeks a commercial solution to incorporate current data analytics approaches. The pre-proposal conference questions and answers clarify that relevant past performance must be essentially the same or similar in scope and complexity with at least one year of completion under NAICS 511210. Questions are due by August 2nd.
