About this file
This technical work directive outlines engineering services required to integrate commercial off-the-shelf communications and computing equipment onto a government-provided Stryker vehicle. The contractor will perform requirements analysis, review interface designs, develop integration software using government-provided code libraries, and support integrated system testing and demonstration. Deliverables include integration plans, design documents, software, and monthly status reports. The work will be performed at the contractor's facility near Warren, Michigan over a period not exceeding one year from award. Engineering labor is priced at an estimated $200,000 using cost-plus-fixed-fee terms. The related federal contract opportunity solicits participants to provide broad technical support for research and development projects managed by the Tank Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center, including engineering services for vehicle systems, power and data architectures, robotics, software, and cybersecurity.
