About this file
This is Amendment 0003 to solicitation W51AA125R0008, which updates the requirement for fully burdened labor rates for unscheduled/remedial repairs by splitting them into separate CLINs - one for generators and one for UPS systems.
The amendment modifies a hybrid firm-fixed-price and time & materials contract for maintenance and repairs of 30 generators and 19 UPS systems at Tobyhanna Army Depot in Pennsylvania. Key changes include updating Attachment V Pricing Worksheet to Revision 1, adding new CLINs 0006-4006 for UPS system repairs, and modifying existing CLINs 0001-4005 to reference the revised pricing worksheet. The base period is April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, with four one-year options through March 31, 2030. This is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 811310 with a $12.5M size standard. Award will be made on a best value trade-off basis considering technical approach, past performance, and price. Offerors must submit proposals to deborah.belak.civ@army.mil including a quality control plan, three past performance references, and completed pricing worksheets.
