Natural Gas Line Services Contract Questions and Answers 1
Question:
Can you get a map of this project and location information. Also, we typically need to understand the gas volumes and pressures required so we can size the pipe and determine if this would need to be HDPE or steel.
Response:
· A map is located in PWS Attachment 2 and PWS Atachment 3.
· Gas Volume:
· We typically use about 185,000-200,000 MCF (Thousand Cubic Feet) of gas per year, depends on the weather. In terms of months, During our peak winter, we use about 35,000-42,000 MCF per month while we hit our lowest in summer, around 3500-5000 MCF per month. For a more granular breakdown, See below for the monthly averages for the past 3 years (in MCF). I can also provide gas usages from 2013-present if that is needed.
