Pre-Proposal Conference Site Visit September 18, 2025

Synopsis(includes but not limited to) The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, portable sanitation facilities, insurance, permits, transportation, tools and parts necessary to remove three (3) each existing doors and frames to room 123 of building 300 and installing three (3) each STC-50 doors, frames, and hardware packages. All work shall be completed in accordance with the SOW, project plans and specifications and all other associated project documents.

Basis for award

The award will be made based on the best overall (i.e. best value) quotation that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government, with appropriate consideration give the to the three (3) evaluation factors: Technical, Past Performance and Price

Contract Period Construction period is, estimated, 90 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed

Performance & Payment Bonds Construction

IAW FAR 52.228-15

Payment Bonds ARE REQUIRED Performance Bonds shall be required if contract award exceeds $150,000 All bonds due no later than 10 days after award.
