About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract solicitation W50S9H26QA034 concerning the supply and installation of an 80 x 112 tent structure. The document addresses two key questions submitted by potential offerors regarding specification and dimensional flexibility.

The contracting officer clarifies that while specifications are provided as requirements, equivalent tent systems with minor differences in design, materials, dimensions, or technical specifications may be offered provided they meet or exceed the required performance and functional needs. Additionally, the 80' x 112' dimensions are not firm requirements; closely comparable sizes will be considered as long as they fit within the confines of the installation area. This guidance provides offerors flexibility in their proposals while maintaining performance standards. The Q&A document was current as of August 3, 2026.
