About this file
This is an example bid report template for a construction project at Camp Murray, Washington. The document establishes the Contract Line Item (CLIN) schedule structure for the "Construct Parking and Roadway" project (ETRD 249361), which involves government vehicle parking area and roadway surface improvements at the new ASOG Complex, Building 140, including asphalt paving, concrete curbing, retaining wall construction, covered parking installation, lighting, and security fence installation.
The bid schedule contains a base bid (CLIN 0001) with four line items: General Condition/Requirements, Construct GOV Parking, Repair Infantry Drive, and Repair Armor Drive, all classified under work class 529 (Minor Construction). The template includes five optional CLINs (0002-0006) with varying scopes of work including general conditions, existing conditions, concrete, metals, finishes, electrical, earthwork, and exterior improvements. All pricing is submitted on a job basis. The template includes ten numbered notes for offerors, requiring separate cost submissions for specific work classifications: EEIC 521 (Sustainment Maintenance), EEIC 524 (Sustainment Repair), EEIC 522 (Restoration & Modernization), EEIC 529 (Minor Construction), Telecommunications (TELE), and Demolition (DEMO). Critical notes specify that offerors must price all numbered items, that unit prices take precedence over extensions in case of variation, and that the Government may exercise option items at stated prices subject to fund availability.
