Questions for Hangar Bid
6‐22‐2021
Questions 20 ‐ 46
20. May we have a copy of the electric plans? The bid notes in the furniture systems section says to refer to the electric plans but they were not included with the bid package. There are several items
(WSG1‐WSG4, T3) that require confirmation of electrical plugin locations for accurate pricing.
Answer: Electrical plans will be uploaded to FBO.
21. There is one manufacturer that requires a purchase order to be cut directly to them rather than the dealer on GSA contract. Will it be an issue to cut two purchase orders, or do you prefer we proceed with pricing this manufacturer on non‐GSA contract?
Answer: Only one purchase order will be issued. As a reminder the vendors listed in the specifications are for reference only and are not required sources, with the exception of Spacesaver.
22. Both Maharam, Steelcut (going on C4) and Designtex, Klange (going on C2) patterns appear to be discontinued as they are no longer listed online. What fabric do we need to quote in the place of those two items?
Answer: Price as mid‐grade fabric and final finish selection can be coordinated post award.
23. A12‐The model number says 844CC which corresponds to a 4’W corkboard, but the dimensions and drawings state 6’W. Please confirm that 6’ wide needs to be quoted.

The D3 update provided is still not explicitly clear and has contradicting information.
