Administrative Items Site Visit
• A site visit will immediately follow the classroom portion of the conference
• Any Questions that you have during the conference or site visit must be directed to the Contracting Officer and should be followed up in writing for an official response in accordance with the solicitation.
Process for Questions and Answers
• All questions must be submitted in writing per the instructions located in section 0100 of the solicitation.
• Submit all questions to both Kevin Esber and Lt Badri Francis.
• Questions must be received NLT 7 February 2023 and Answers will be posted on a non-attribution basis at SAM.GOV
• Do not ask/contact the A&E or Engineering Personnel with questions
Synopsis
• Project PSTE 189001, F-16 Mission Training Center Facility.
• Project Magnitude - $5,000,000 and $10,000,000
• A Firm-Fixed Price Contract will be awarded.
• Award is reserved exclusively as a Small Business
Set-Aside.
• Contract Period of Performance is 549 Days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bid Schedule
• Bid Schedule consists of Qty 1 JOB for the Base Bid Line Item, and 10 options at Qty 1 JOB. FAR 52.217-5 the Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.

• FAR 52.217-7: The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor on or before 500 calendar days after notice to proceed is issued.
Bid Schedule
• Plans and Specifications are located at SAM.GOV and are controlled attachments, must request access through SAM.GOV.
• Check regularly for Amendments and ensure that all SF 30’s are acknowledged through day of Bid opening.
• Wage determination number SC20230028 dated 01/06/2023 will be verified and any necessary updates will be made 10 days prior to Bid opening.
Bid Opening
• A public bid opening will take place at EXACTLY 1400 Hrs on 14 February 2023 at 1 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC 29201.
• After bids are publicly opened, an award will be made with reasonable promptness to that responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the government considering
ONLY PRICE AND PRICE RELATED FACTORS.
• Bidder must also be determined to be responsible in accordance with FAR 9.104.
