SYNOPSIS

Force Protection Upgrade at Tulsa Air National Guard Base, OK. W50S8U-22-B-0004
Disclosure of magnitude is $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b)
A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded.
Award is set aside for small businesses (NAICS – 236220)
Small Business Size Standard is $39.5 Million
The contract will be awarded based on price and price related factors.

In the invitation for bid (IFB), FAR Part 14, process, a public bid opening occurs when the bids are due and the prices are read to the public There can be no discussion No correction of mistakes in most cases Award is always to the low responsible bidder

WHAT IS THE CONTRACT PERIOD

Construction period is 90 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed

BID PACKAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 00010 NOTES, NOTE 11

Offer, Standard Form (SF) 1442 front and back signed Section 00010 Line Items- all items must be priced A valid Bid Bond. Section 00100 – Clause 52.228-1.

Section 00600, Representations and Certifications, completed and return only additional certifications found in this section In addition, the offeror must have entered current and complete data within the past year in Online Representations and Certifications at https://www.sam.gov see 52.204-8 in solicitation Also please fill out the 52.204-24,25 and 26 ALERT: If you are registering a new entity in SAM.gov, you must provide an original, signed notarized letter stating that you are the authorized Entity Administrator before your registration will be activated.

BID PACKAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 00010 NOTES, NOTE 11 - Continued When completing the “Offeror” portion of the SF 1442 (Blocks 14 – 20), an official having the authority to contractually bind the company must sign the SF 1442 in accordance with FAR 4.102. One copy of the SF1442 is required to have an original signature. Section 00010 Line Items- all items must be priced All amendments to the solicitation must be acknowledged.

Mark the front of the envelope with the following: “BID No. W50S8U-22-B-0004” and the Name and Address of Bidder. See Block 13A of SF 1442 for required number of copies.

BID PACKAGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 00010 NOTES, NOTE 11 - Continued ALL ITEMS ON THE PREVIOUS SLIDES ARE IN THE SOLICITATION INSTRUCTIONS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER TO MAKE SURE THAT THEIR BID CONFORMS TO THE SOLICITATION.

W50S8U-22-B-0001 Questions concerning these project must be received by 1300 hours on 05/25/2022. Section 00100 Paragraph 4 for format.

Contractor must submit information listed in Section 00100 Notes, paragraph 3.2 in order to gain access to installation for dropping off bids. Delivery must allow for vehicle inspection time at gate.
