Contractors shall provide the documentation for the chosen equipment which cannot be expired or missing. When selecting equipment, the hardware or software needs to be the same make and model as stated in the APL or alternative APL provided by the government. The exception to this policy applies to products that do not process information such as displays (monitors, tv’s, D-LED), racks, furniture, speakers, and amplifiers. When selecting equipment not applicable to the APL such as displays and/or amplifiers, the contractors shall ensure the equipment does not have the capability for Wireless (WiFi) or Bluetooth. This is a requirement for any device entering Bldg 409 facility. Contractor shall design, furnish, and install a video wall conforming to the limitations of the available dimensions of the designated wall on which the unit(s) are to be installed as outlined at 2.2, LCD or LED TV’s, the minimum requirement for the TV’s shall be 50” diagonal in size. Any interior bezels on screen modules shall not exceed 5mm bezel thickness to create the appearance of a seamless picture when multiple units are placed side-by-side. D-LED the minimum panel size shall be 36” diagonal in size. Screen resolution shall be 4K minimum and may use LCD, LED or D-LED/DvLED technology. Government has no preference on LCD, LED or D-LED/DvLED. Furthermore, contractors shall not provide or install any microphone capabilities for this A/V wall solution. Contractors shall adhere to this policy as not adhering will likely cause the equipment to not be considered. Approved product list changes periodically, as such the government will provide upon request. There are no exceptions. The government reserves the right to review and deny purchased equipment entry specific for this project into the TS/SCI facility.
