About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a project to repair the interior of Building 53 at the Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station for the U.S. Army Audit Agency. The 45-day project includes comprehensive interior renovations valued around $60,000, encompassing selective demolition, new finishes, plumbing fixture replacements, and ceiling work across multiple rooms. Specific tasks include installing new toilet partitions, replacing vinyl tile and cove base, painting approximately 3,150 square feet of walls and ceilings in eggshell white, installing 142 square yards of commercial-grade carpet tiles, and replacing plumbing fixtures with low-flow, motion-sensor water closets and urinals.

The project has several notable requirements, including working only during Air National Guard duty hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM), coordinating with Civil Engineering Office personnel, and taking special precautions since Building 53 is on the National Historic Register. The contractor must submit project schedules, material submittals, and comply with specific security protocols, including obtaining base access through the Defense Biometric Identification System. All work must adhere to applicable safety regulations, environmental standards, and be completed with a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship.
