About this file

This solicitation amendment modifies an existing solicitation for a firm fixed-price contract to provide renovation services for Building 107 and construction of a new fitness center at the 105th Airlift Wing in Newburgh, New York. Key changes include clarifying that this is not a sealed bid procurement, extending the response due date to May 22nd at 10:00 AM EST, modifying the award basis to lump sum, shortening the period of performance to 45 days, and revising HVAC requirements. Representations and certifications were also added or modified. Interested parties must register in SAM and submit responses with required documentation like bid bonds and representations by the new due date to be considered for this small business set-aside contract for renovations between $100,000 to $250,000 at an Air National Guard facility in New York.
