Q1. In the PWS, 5.1 you list the switch is install at Grate Falls Montana. Can you please provide the correct address?
A1. 104 James A. Giammalvo Rd, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542
Q2. In the PWS, 4.3.1 you have the acceptable time frame to complete the cutover is 30-days, but 1.3 period of performance listed the start date at 1-April-2025. Can the start date be adjusted to be 30-days after award?
A2. Yes.
Q3. In the PWS, 1.1 you state that the current service is SIP with and emulated TDM handoff. Is this a T1 or PRI circuit? How many T1 or PRI circuits are required? If this is for SIP trunks, how many call paths are you requesting?
A3. We have 2 SIP trunks that run through flex routers and into Adtrans that convert to 4 PRIs

In this way there would be minimal changes to your existing arrangement. Simply put, your calls would route to our platform for outbound termination? Or, is a REAL Mobile provided CPE router connecting your Avaya CM on one end and our SIP Trunk on the other, the desired solution?
A7. No Q8. We would not be providing PRI lines. We would provide SIP for the call solution if second option above the the correct solution. Is this correct?
A8: We need SIP that converts to 4 PRIs that go into our voice firewall/switch Q9: Are you asking for a flat rate for International Calls, just CONUS traffic?
