About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation (Amendment 0003) issued by the U.S. Air Force Space Operations Command (W7MS USPFO Activity IDANG 124) on August 24, 2026, for solicitation W50S7326QA002, originally dated July 10, 2026. The amendment revises technical salient characteristics for CLIN 0001 and does not extend the offer receipt date.
The primary change modifies mandatory salient characteristics for a liquid nitrogen generation system. The nitrogen purity requirement was reduced from greater than 99% to greater than 98%. All other specifications remain unchanged, including: production capacity not exceeding 10 liters per day; integrated storage capacity not exceeding 55 liters; physical dimensions limited to 63" H x 25" D x 36" W; system weight not exceeding 450 lbs; air-cooled operation requiring no external water infrastructure; standard 120V/60Hz electrical operation at maximum 20 Amps; power consumption capped at 2.2 kW/H; acoustic signature not exceeding 60-65 dBA at 2 feet; environmental tolerance to +125 degrees Fahrenheit; mobility via integrated heavy-duty casters; and key functional features including fully automated plug-and-play operation, intelligent production control (FlowSync Technology equivalent), remote monitoring and diagnostics (SmartConnect Monitoring equivalent), and military security standards compliance allowing wireless/wired connectivity to be disabled or air-gapped without degrading core automated production functions. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the solicitation deadline or risk offer rejection. The Contracting Officer signature is dated August 25, 2026.
