About this file
This is a Standard Form 1449 Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Products and Commercial Services issued by the U.S. Air Force for the procurement of one (1) liquid nitrogen generator system for the 124th Maintenance Group (124th MXG) at Boise Air Terminal, Idaho.
The solicitation, numbered W50S7326QA0020003, was issued on 10 July 2026 with an offer due date of 28 August 2026 at 4:00 PM local time. This is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside with a 100% reservation for North American Business (NAIB). The contracting activity is located at Boise Air Terminal under DoDAAC W50S73. The NAICS code is 325120 (industrial gas manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,200 employees. The procurement uses a firm fixed price arrangement with an estimated 90-calendar-day delivery schedule from the date of award receipt. Delivery is FOB Destination with the contractor responsible for transportation costs to the specified delivery address at 3787 W Aeronca Street, Boise, ID 83705-8006.
The mandatory salient characteristics require the liquid nitrogen generator to produce a maximum of 10 liters per day with an integrated 55-liter internal storage capacity, maintain nitrogen purity exceeding 98%, and operate within strict physical dimensions of 63 inches height by 25 inches depth by 36 inches width, not exceeding 450 pounds. The system must be entirely air-cooled, operate on standard 120V, 60Hz electrical service with a maximum 20-amp draw and 2.2 kW/H power consumption, and produce operating noise levels not exceeding 60-65 dBA at 2 feet distance. Key functional requirements include fully automated operation, intelligent production control equivalent to FlowSync Technology, remote monitoring and diagnostics via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and military security compliance allowing wireless connectivity to be completely disabled or air-gapped without degrading core production functions. Final inspection and acceptance will be conducted by the 124th MXG at the destination location.
