This is a Final Question and Answer Sheet for federal furniture procurement solicitation W50S6S26QA014 for Building 9 South 2nd Floor, issued September 11, 2026. The quote due date is September 14, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. MDT (per SAM.gov posting, not the SF 1449). The set-aside is 100% Small Business with no WOSB/EDWOSB certification requirement. The acquisition is below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, and the nonmanufacturer rule does not apply.
The requirement covers complete furniture supply, delivery, unloading, assembly, installation, space planning, removal of existing furniture, disposal, storage, and final cleanup for four spaces (S201, S202, S203, S204). S201 includes five L-shaped workstations with hutch, two storage cabinets, one individual desk, one printer station with storage, and four waiting lobby chairs. S202 and S203 each include one U-shaped workstation with integrated hutch/wardrobe and two visitor/guest chairs per room (no task chairs required). S204 includes one conference table sized appropriately with minimum six chairs and one counter-height break area table with storage. The Government encourages innovative design solutions and permits offerors to submit multiple design options. Installation date is flexible beyond October 30, 2026; offerors should propose their installation timeline. Material and fabric selection occurs post-award. The Government expects to announce award after September 30, 2026 upon request. Standard electrical requirements for workstations are required. All existing furniture will be disposed of off-site. A site visit on September 8 is not mandatory but highly recommended. Amendment #1 includes an updated Statement of Need PDF and revised Attachment 3 Evaluation Criteria removing partial quote language, clarifying that full requirement quotation is required.
