Solicitation Bid Items
CLIN 0001 – Construct Munitions Facility Provide all plant, labor, new and current material, transportation, tools, equipment, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance and supervision necessary to construct a new approximately 5,100 sqft munitions maintenance and inspection (M&I) facility
CLIN 0002 – Contractor Manpower Reporting Report all contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract at http://www.ecmra.mil/
CLIN 0003 (OPTION) – 72 Strand Fiber Installation and termination of telecommunications fiber strand and associated devices – See Division 27 of Specs FAR 52.217-7 – Govt may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within 120 days after NTP (solicitation page 34)
**Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than 30 Sep 2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for awards if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range **
Period of Performance
•365 Days After Notice to Proceed (ANP) •Estimated award date is 25 August 2020
• SF1442 – Block 11: The contractor shall begin performance within 30 calendar days and complete within 365 calendar days
• Estimated completion date is 25 Sep 2021
Submitting Bids

• A bid repository is provided for hand carried bids and is located at the 176WG Civil Engineering Squadron, 7252 Gibson Ave, JBER, AK in the front foyer area. Please contact Capt Conner Van Fossen at 406-370-6125 if the you are having any issues finding the bid repository on the day bids are due.
Approximately 1 hour before the solicitation close date, 176WG Contracting personnel will be posted at the JBER- Boniface Pass & ID Office to accept bids from interested parties without base access.
•Bids must be submitted by 2:00PM AKST on 21 July 2020 (SF1442, block 13A)
•Late bids will not be accepted
