4.3 Contractor Qualifications
Quality
Contractor shall provide qualified, experienced personnel who are capable of performing well the tasks outlined in this PWS. Personnel will possess all abilities outlined herein.
Must be completed within 45 days after contract start date or effective date of incorporation of this requirement into the contract, whichever applies.
Must be completed within 45 calendar days of contract award and within 45 calendar days of new employee commencing performance, with the results reported to the COR/ATO no later than 60 days after contract award.
Contractor must register prior to system access and must complete training in accordance with PWS.
Must be completed within 30 calendar days of reporting for duty.
Must be completed within 45 days of contract award.
Contractor must complete TARP training as specified in the PWS. TARP training is only completed for those contractor employees who require SECRET clearance. Training must be completed within 45 days of contract award.
Contractor shall complete contractor qualifications in accordance with the PWS. Replacements must be complete within 30 days, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
Personnel supplied will successfully complete tasks to no less than 98% Govt satisfaction.
For all measures, COR monitors and verifies level of satisfaction

5.0 Contract Deliverables Timeliness
Accuracy Completed and accurate deliverables will be submitted IAW specified timeframes.
All reports must be provided with minimal errors.
No more than 5 days late.
Two typographical non-technical errors allowed per page.
